Braden Black leads KT Black alongside his wife, Kristi Black — a family-owned staffing firm headquartered in Amarillo, Texas. A lifelong entrepreneur with a deep passion for building businesses, Braden — together with a hardworking KT Black team that makes it all possible — has grown the company to serve 3,000+ clients across all 50 states and launched a data center staffing vertical in under two years. He also helps run several other family-owned businesses, including a brokerage that specializes in captive insurance. Braden serves on the Executive Board of the Industrial Staffing Captive and writes about leadership in the skilled trades staffing industry, scaling a specialized workforce, entrepreneurship, and what 25 years in the business has taught him about people, performance, and partnership.
